Chaitra is an accomplished, knowledgeable and hands-on professional with over 22 years of rich experience in Executive Search and Selection Services. A seasoned and extremely well connected member of the talent acquisition community, she carries extensive experience of working directly with Business and HR leaders at Fortune 50 MNCs, globally renowned organisations & startups.
She has extensive experience working with companies that are in product development, captives (GICs) and startups across technology platforms, domains, and geographies. What stands out is her strong connection with organizations and potential candidates and the perfect alignment that she brings them to. She strongly believes that people are by far an organization's biggest asset and it should be every candidate’s responsibility to invest and consciously steer their career in the most efficient manner to meet professional aspirations.
She specialises in both IT and Non-IT mandates. Chaitra has personally executed several cross-border leadership mandates and is extremely adept at executing the entire spectrum of hiring. Her strengths are developing strong and deep networks, career advisory, and effective client and candidate engagement. She remains a hands-on recruiter with novel sourcing expertise and has successfully trained over 1800 recruiters.
Chaitra has worked with over 200+ companies and placed several hundred candidates in their dream roles. Many of her hires are CXOs in global Fortune companies today. She is a champion of industry best practices and an advocate of independence for women. She addresses various professional & student communities on topics ranging from career guidance & counselling, second careers, diverse career opportunities and interviewing skills & personality development.
